Med Into Grad is a Ph.D. training program in Translational Cancer Diagnostics and Therapeutics Research for Bioengineers and Biophysicists that integrates cancer biology, clinical medicine, translational research, and bioengineering.
 
As partners, Rice University and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center have developed a unique training program for bioengineering graduate students that integrates:
  • Courses in cancer biology, clinical medicine, bioengineering and translational research,
  • Unique internship in clinical cancer care and translational research, and
  • Jointly mentored interdisciplinary Ph.D. projects.
